About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a primary liaison to the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)
- Oversee site visits, self-studies, and the Annual Institutional Review (AIR)
- Manage the Graduate Medical Education Committee (GMEC)
- Develop and monitor multimillion-dollar budgets for GME
- Direct day-to-day administrative operations and develop support efforts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Major regulatory and administrative responsibilities associated with medical education
- Ensures programs meet ACGME, CMS, and institutional standards
- Develop curriculum, evaluate faculty and residents
- Manage program resources and administrative staff
- Manage recruitment cycles through ERAS, SF Match, and NRMP Match
- Supervise GME office staff and program coordinators
- Develop long-term GME goals and lead new program development
