About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • - Manage the assignment of implementation team members to projects based on skill sets, availability, and project requirements.
  • - Maintain a real-time view of resource capacity and forecast future needs.
  • - Identify and resolve delivery resource conflicts or bottlenecks
  • - Collaborate with HR and department leads to recruit, onboard, and retain implementation team members.
  • - Monitor performance and support professional development of implementation team members
  • - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on resource utilization, productivity, and capacity planning.
  • - Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency.
  • - Implement best practices in resource management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • - Support the adoption of tools and systems for resource tracking and planning.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • - 5+ years of experience in IT resource or project management.
  • - Experience leading technical teams
  • - Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
  • - Proficiency in resource management tools (e.g., Rocket Lane, MS Project, ServiceNow, or similar).
  • - Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • - PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications are a plus.
