About the role
- Research and analysis of user cases to understand client needs
- Analyze industry trends and best practices
- Create scope documents in collaboration with Product, Sales & Marketing
- Develop proof-of-concept models to validate proposed solutions
- Identify issues and present alternatives
- Engage with users and customers to understand needs
- Design and build configurable solutions within HSI's product suite
- Write comprehensive documentation for solutions
- Gather and analyze user feedback for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with third-party technology partners
Requirements
- Experience in the worker's compensation discipline and/or the Solv Injury product
- High-level technical capability from working with or around SaaS platforms
- Excitement and ambition for contributing to the success of a product with high growth opportunity
- Strong stakeholder management ability
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is desired; Master's Degree is a plus
- Experience with Agile Methodology preferred
- Experience with designing for the Donesafe platform is a significant plus
