About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a central interface, you connect our sales, product development and customers, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
Your area of responsibility includes advising our energy-sector customers and identifying the optimal deployment of our AI software within their complex IT landscapes.
You analyze customer requirements and develop robust, future-proof solution architectures based on that analysis.
In close collaboration with Sales, you create technical concepts and support complex pre-sales inquiries.
You plan, facilitate and lead workshops and confidently present our solutions at both C-level and IT levels.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
You have several years of professional experience as a Solution Architect, IT Consultant or in a similar role.
You are experienced in pre-sales, lead customer workshops and have knowledge of business contexts, project costing and the creation and evaluation of business cases.
You possess strong technical understanding of business applications/enterprise systems, software architectures, interfaces, cloud technologies and data integration.
You communicate confidently and appropriately to different audiences — in both German and English.
