About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You support our clients with their bottleneck processes and identify short-term, implementable improvements for processing.
For the long-term optimization of processing, you analyze processes and, if required, systems, develop practical solution proposals and implement them together with the client.
You develop strategies and solutions for the challenges of liberalized markets, taking into account the German Energy Industry Act (EnWG), relevant EU directives and our clients’ individual requirements.
You monitor market developments and derive new topics and future consulting services to help our clients meet these challenges.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office clerk, industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk) or hold a comparable qualification.
You have three to five years of experience in commercial process handling within the energy sector and are familiar with upstream and downstream process chains.
You possess extensive knowledge in at least one of the following billing systems: SAP IS-U, Schleupen, Wilken or Powercloud.
You describe yourself as customer-, implementation- and results-oriented and bring strong problem-solving skills.
You have initial practical experience in project management and/or consulting.
