About the role

  • Process support: You support our clients with their bottleneck processes and identify short-term, implementable improvements for handling these tasks.
  • Process improvement: For long-term optimization of operations, you analyze processes and, where applicable, systems, develop practical solution proposals and implement them together with the client.
  • Process development: You develop strategies and solutions for the challenges of liberalized markets, taking into account the EnWG (German Energy Industry Act), relevant EU directives and our clients’ individual requirements.
  • Energy trends: You monitor market developments and derive new topics and future consulting services to help our clients address these challenges.

Requirements

  • Your foundation: You have completed commercial vocational training (e.g., office clerk/administrator, industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign-trade clerk) or hold a comparable qualification.
  • Your understanding: You have three to five years of experience in commercial process handling within the energy sector and are familiar with upstream and downstream process chains.
  • Your expertise: You possess extensive knowledge in at least one of the following billing systems: SAP IS‑U, Schleupen, Wilken or Powercloud.
  • Your personality: You describe yourself as customer-, implementation- and results-oriented and bring strong problem-solving skills.
  • Your extras: You have initial practical experience in project management and/or consulting.
