Controller

• Oversee and support the maintenance of accounting records, ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.
• Assist with the rollout and ongoing application of standardized accounting procedures across all Americas‑based operations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
• Participate in month‑end close activities, including journal entry preparation, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Help strengthen internal control frameworks and ensure proper safeguarding of company assets.
• Support internal and external audit activities, including documentation, coordination, and follow‑up on remediation actions.
• Provide operational accounting assistance to General Accounting and Plant Controlling teams in Utah, Tennessee, and Mexico.
• Manage financial submissions, reconciliations, and control processes for non‑JDE entities, including Brazil.
• Assist with consolidation processes, intercompany accounting, and foreign currency transactions.
• Contribute to the accuracy of consolidated financial reporting (JDE data feeding into TM1).
• Document accounting procedures and help improve consistency across the finance organization.
• Support data integrity across financial systems and assist with system enhancements or reporting improvements.
• Provide support for tax‑related filings, research, and ad hoc requests.
• Assist with fixed asset accounting, compliance, and reporting.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and participate in special projects as assigned.
