About the role

  • You will join our Delivery team as a Business Analyst, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients.
  • For your first 6-9 months, you will lead a critical initiative: transitioning complex enterprise workflows from Blue Prism to UiPath.
  • You will optimize these automations for the new platform, ensuring they are future-ready.
  • You will serve as the critical link between business stakeholders and technical pods, owning requirement clarity and process validation.
  • You will be hands on and comfortable analyzing TDDs and eliciting gaps on behalf of the Development team.
  • You will create comprehensive Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs) that translate “As-Is” Blue Prism logic into optimized “To-Be” UiPath designs, maintaining strict traceability matrices throughout the migration.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in automation, in Business Analysis or Consulting roles.
  • Migration Fluency: Specific exposure to UiPath and/or Blue Prism is non-negotiable for this role.
  • Consulting Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically, creatively, and outside the box to adapt to client culture.
  • Communication: Exceptional communicator, able to explain complex ideas simply and structured, bridging the gap between technical constraints and business expectations.
  • Process Modelling: Solid experience in UML/BPMN and documentation (PDD/SDD/TDD).
