Account Executive DACH – SaaS Secure Messaging & Collaboration Software

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and expand customer relationships in the DACH market (focus: Enterprise & Public Sector, including Healthcare; Retail; FMCG; FBI; and Apparel)
- Work with direct and indirect partners such as Deutsche Telekom, T‑Systems, etc.
- Manage reseller partners across the DACH region
- Own the entire sales cycle (from lead to close) in close cooperation with an SDR agency
- Deliver presentations at decision‑maker level and coordinate technically with Pre‑Sales and Engineering
- Contribute to go‑to‑market strategy, forecasting and CRM pipeline management in Salesforce
- Support marketing activities (trade shows such as DMEA, Digital X, OMR, etc.; demos; case studies)
- Work closely with the VP Sales Europe (based in Munich) and international product management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales of cloud/SaaS solutions
- Experience in channel sales and/or building and managing sales partners
- Strong sales track record with a focus on new business and growth
- Excellent communication skills at decision‑maker level (CxO) and basic technical understanding
- Ideally: sales experience in Messaging, Mobile Communication, Secure Collaboration and/or CPaaS, UCaaS, A2P SMS/MMS, Secure Messaging, Mobile Collaboration, or telecom SaaS solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑motivation and willingness to travel
- Fluent German (ideally native) and business‑fluent English
