About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Development and expansion of customer relationships in the DACH market (focus: Enterprise & Public Sector, including Healthcare; Retail; FMCG; Apparel)
  • Collaboration with direct and indirect partners such as Deutsche Telekom, T-Systems, etc.
  • Management of reseller partners across the DACH region
  • Responsibility for the full sales cycle (from lead to close) in close cooperation with an SDR agency
  • Presentations at executive decision-maker level and technical coordination with Pre-Sales and Engineering
  • Contribution to GTM strategy, forecasting and CRM pipeline management in Salesforce
  • Support for marketing activities (trade shows such as DMEA, Digital X, OMR, etc.; demos; case studies)
  • Close collaboration with the VP Sales Europe (based in Munich) and international product management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years' experience in B2B sales of Cloud/SaaS solutions
  • Experience in channel sales and in building and maintaining sales partners
  • Strong sales capability with a focus on new business and growth
  • Strong communication skills at decision-maker (CxO) level and a solid technical understanding
  • Ideally: sales experience in messaging, mobile communication, secure collaboration and/or CPaaS, UCaaS, A2P SMS/MMS, secure messaging, mobile collaboration, or telecom SaaS solutions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation and willingness to travel
  • Fluent German (ideally native) and business-fluent English
