About the role

  • Pre-sales and technical consulting for messaging, voice, video and collaboration solutions
  • Main point of contact for key accounts and new enterprise customers (focus on the DACH region)
  • Conducting demos, POCs, workshops and customer trainings
  • Close collaboration with Sales, Product Management and strategic partners (e.g., Deutsche Telekom, T‑Systems)
  • Technical support for tenders and proposal processes
  • Communicating product value and benefits to stakeholders from CxOs to technical teams
  • Supporting Marketing with competitive analyses, trade shows, case studies, demo scripts, demo videos and white papers

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in technical sales, pre-sales, solution engineering or a comparable role
  • Knowledge of areas such as CPaaS, UCaaS, messaging (A2P), secure SaaS, collaboration tools or telecommunications
  • Strong communication skills across technical levels up to CxOs
  • Excellent German and English skills (at least business fluent); additional languages are an advantage
  • Independent, structured working style and a strong team spirit
  • Willingness to travel (DACH region, occasionally Europe)
