About the role
- As Head of Marketing (m/f/d) you will take a central leadership role at Hrmony and report directly to the CEO.
- You will lead an experienced marketing team (Performance and Content), further develop it, and set the strategic direction.
- Together you will build scalable processes and structures that will carry Hrmony into its next growth phase.
- You will develop and own the end-to-end marketing strategy for Hrmony and derive clear OKRs and initiatives from it.
- You will define our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), develop the channel strategy, and position Hrmony as a strong player in the HR-tech and employee benefits market.
- You will be responsible for building a scalable pipeline engine and ensuring that marketing delivers a clearly measurable contribution to pipeline, conversions, and growth.
- You will analyze performance across the entire funnel, continuously test new go-to-market approaches—from classic funnels to product-led—and convert successful experiments into scalable playbooks.
- You will actively drive the integration of AI agents and automated workflows across all marketing areas.
Requirements
- Your registered residence is in Germany and you spend the majority of the year there.
- You are able to set up a home-office workspace where you can work focused and run calls.
- You bring at least 3 years of experience leading a marketing team (including remote) and combine clear decision-making authority with an empathetic and confident leadership style that develops people.
- You have solid experience in the B2B SaaS environment and understand how marketing works for complex, explanation-heavy products.
- You think about marketing consistently from a business and funnel perspective, not only from a channel or campaign viewpoint.
- You have experience with go-to-market strategies, positioning, and product marketing and know how to apply them pragmatically.
- Data analysis and data-driven decision-making are second nature to you.
- You communicate clearly and respectfully, both internally and externally, in German and English.
- AI is not a buzzword for you.
- You have proven experience in building and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows in a marketing context and know how to enable a team to make AI part of their daily work.
- You translate AI into scalable processes—not a one-off experiment, but a systematic way of working with measurable impact.
Benefits
- A central role in the next growth phase of a profitable SaaS company with direct collaboration with the founding team.
- Significant scope for shaping the role and genuine ownership.
- Germany-wide remote position with regular team offsites in Berlin and flexible working hours.

- 30 + 1 vacation days (including two half-days off on Dec 24 and Dec 31).
- Choice of equipment (Apple/Lenovo) and the necessary hardware for your home-office setup.
