Develop database infrastructure to store data from electrical measurements collected at various cryogenic temperatures, inline fabrication metrology, and device designs
Develop software to relate device yield to fabrication processes and designs
Use databases to extract critical information and perform statistical data analysis
Report and document test results with emphasis on statistical analysis, data visualization, and trending
Communicate frequently with team members through oral and written reporting and collaborate to mature the device yield analysis project
Requirements
Experience with python programming and best practices, including object oriented programming principles, version control, data structures, unit testing
Experience writing SQL queries for large datasets
Statistical analysis and design of experiments
Understanding of cleanroom fabrication equipment and processes
Semiconductor device physics
Reporting and documentation of test results with emphasis on statistical analysis, data visualization, trending
Experience generating data dashboards (a plus)
Python instrument control (desired)
SQL table design (desired)
Failure analysis, including materials characterization techniques (desired)
Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of experience OR Master’s degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor yield engineering field
US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain US Government security clearance
