About the role
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of Regulatory Reporting for multiple healthcare lines of business, including State Medicaid, Medicare Part D, and exchange programs
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams such as legal and account management to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Create programs and/or work closely with data engineers depending on scope
- Rely on business knowledge, industry concepts and practices, technical skills, and prior experience to plan and accomplish goals
Requirements
- 5-7 years reporting experience
- Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Preferred: 3+ years experience as a Python Developer
- Bachelor's degree OR equivalent work experience required
