• Draft and prepare routine pleadings, motions, notices, and correspondence (attorney-reviewed)
• Prepare and manage discovery (requests/responses, tracking, production coordination)
• Organize, Bates stamp, and quality-check document productions
• Capture, calculate, and track all deadlines
• Organize and electronically file pleadings and discovery
• Communicate with opposing counsel and judicial assistants professionally
• Provide consistent, clear client updates and help reduce confusion
• Conduct legal research as needed
• Improve workflows/templates/checklists to reduce rework
