About the role

  • Structure and manage the commercial process (prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, closing, and post-sale).
  • Develop and lead the sales and pre-sales teams.
  • Create and execute revenue growth and market expansion strategies.
  • Lead B2B contract negotiations with medium and large enterprises.
  • Act in a consultative manner, understanding customer pain points and mapping them to BI and data analysis solutions.
  • Report results and key performance indicators directly to the executive board.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and in managing commercial teams.
  • Background in consultative sales, technology, or data solutions.
  • An active client portfolio and established relationships with medium and large enterprises will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of consultative sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Solution Selling).
  • Experience with CRM, sales funnel management, and market analysis.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with executives (managers, directors, and C-level).
  • Strategic, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Intermediate or advanced English will be considered a plus.
