About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead paid acquisition strategy, development, and execution across programmatic and paid social channels to scale global user growth.
  • Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns to achieve CAC and payback targets across priority markets and audience segments.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and deploy the monthly performance marketing budget across paid acquisition channels.
  • Drive continuous campaign improvement through rigorous KPI analysis, structured testing, and optimization frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, product marketing, analytics, and regional growth teams to align campaign strategy and execution.
  • Identify new opportunities to reach football fans globally through experimentation across channels, audiences, and creative formats.
  • Support additional growth initiatives and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
  • Experience working with consumer technology platforms, particularly mobile-first products.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns beyond installs or signups toward deeper engagement metrics such as active usage, retention, or session frequency.
  • Comfortable working with analytics platforms, attribution models, and performance marketing metrics.
  • Experience working with mobile measurement and attribution tools used to track installs and in-app engagement.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex performance insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Curious and experimental mindset with a passion for identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate both independently and collaboratively.
  • Highly data-driven with strong analytical capabilities to evaluate campaign performance and rapidly iterate.
