About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Write and publish SEO–optimized blog posts, long–form articles, case studies, and web copy that speaks to the challenges and priorities of K–12 transportation professionals.
- Translate customer stories, product updates, webinar takeaways, and event outcomes into engaging content across multiple formats.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with campaigns, product launches, and seasonal priorities in student transportation.
- Use Claude and Claude Code as core tools in the content creation process, from ideation and drafting to editing and repurposing.
- Collaborate with the team to build and refine AI–powered marketing tools and templates that scale content production across channels.
- Develop effective prompts, workflows, and documentation so that AI–assisted content consistently meets the Company's brand voice and quality standards.
- Manage and grow the company's presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube through consistent, on-brand posting.
- Manage the social content calendar, plan campaigns around key events and product milestones, and monitor engagement to inform future content.
- Apply SEO best practices to all web and blog content, including keyword research, internal linking, meta descriptions, and on-page optimization.
- Use Google Analytics and related tools to track content performance, identify trends, and recommend updates or experiments based on data.
- Audit and refresh existing website content to improve rankings and ensure accuracy as the product evolves.
- Write compelling email copy for campaigns, newsletters, event invitations, and drip sequences that align with the Company's consultative, value-driven brand voice.
- Support email marketing execution in Mailchimp, including building campaigns, managing segmentation, and monitoring performance metrics.
- Work closely with Rev Ops, Events, Customer Success, and Sales to align messaging and campaign goals.
- Coordinate with design resources to ensure all content is visually engaging and on brand.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Requirements
What you’ll need- An AI-native who uses Claude and Claude Code in their personal life or for work projects.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a demonstrated ability to craft content that engages and converts.
- Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) as part of the content creation and editing process.
- Experience with Claude Code or prompt engineering is a strong plus.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with Mailchimp or a comparable email marketing platform.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) and coordination with creative teams.
- Ability to learn quickly, proactive about upskilling, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- 1–3 years of experience in content marketing, digital communications, or a related role (B2B or SaaS experience preferred).
