Sales Executive

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms
- Present and demonstrate SaaS products to potential clients
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to improve customer experience
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Previous 1-2 years experience in SaaS sales, B2B sales, or software sales is preferred
- Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand SaaS products and explain technical concepts in a simple manner
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes
- Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
