About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and support.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and check-ins.
- Collaborate with internal departments (recruitment, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by understanding client requirements and new openings.
- Follow up with recurring clients to secure new position requirements and maintain consistent business.
- Track account performance and share feedback or insights to improve service quality.
- Assist in resolving client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate client records, reports, and documentation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or business coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task and coordinate with multiple teams.
- High attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction.
- Proactive attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field (preferred).
