About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and support.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and check-ins.
Collaborate with internal departments (recruitment, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by understanding client requirements and new openings.
Follow up with recurring clients to secure new position requirements and maintain consistent business.
Track account performance and share feedback or insights to improve service quality.
Assist in resolving client concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate client records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or business coordination.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to multi-task and coordinate with multiple teams.
High attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction.
Proactive attitude with problem-solving skills.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field (preferred).
