About the role
- Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Perform manual testing to ensure software meets functional, performance, and security requirements.
- Identify, record, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
- Validate bug fixes and software enhancements to ensure proper implementation.
- Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to QA best practices.
- Monitor and report test results, metrics, and quality trends to management.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an SQA Engineer in E-commerce, Warehouse management, and CMS applications.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Postman)
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
