About the role
- Work full-time as part of the channels editing team
- Edit 2–4 long-form videos per month (10–15 minutes each)
- Handle full post-production, including: Editing, pacing, and storytelling; Sound design and music selection; Color grading, transitions, and motion graphics
- Collaborate closely with Scriptwriters, Voiceover artists, An existing high-level editor
- Match the emotion, tension, and pacing of MagnatesMedia-style documentaries
- Deliver consistently cinematic, high-retention videos
Requirements
- Strong, proven experience editing in the MagnatesMedia style
- Exceptional sound design (audio must feel alive, dramatic, and intentional)
- Strong storytelling instincts with a deep understanding of pacing and emotional payoff
- Highly detail-oriented with elite quality standards
- Reliable, deadline-driven, and comfortable working remotely
