About the role
- Build, maintain, and optimize complex Excel workbooks, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and data models
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, errors, and opportunities for improvement
- Create dashboards, reports, and automated tools to support business and compliance needs
- Clean, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources
- Troubleshoot data issues and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Document processes and maintain clear version control of files
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, lookups, conditional logic)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with large or complex datasets
- Experience integrating Excel with other systems or tools preferred
- Familiarity with benefit plan data and reporting preferred
