About the role

  • Responsible for designing, developing, and operating CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and internal tooling in on-premise environments.
  • Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
  • Develop internal products, internal tools, dashboards, and automation services using Python.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible or similar tools.
  • Build and maintain APIs and services to support deployment workflows and operational tooling.
  • Implement secure, consistent, and reliable deployment processes.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate build, test, and deployment automation.
  • Continuously improve DevOps practices, developer experience, and automation coverage.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or backend/full-stack development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
  • Solid development experience required (Python preferred).
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Ansible).
  • Strong understanding of Linux systems.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Docker Swarm preferred).
  • Experience building or maintaining internal tools, APIs, or automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (Bash, Python).
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
