About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead implementation, deployment, and support activities for ServiceNow Discovery and ITOM solutions.
Configure, customize, and optimize ServiceNow Discovery processes and workflows.
Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Discovery and ITOM modules.
Monitor platform performance and ensure stability, reliability, and data accuracy within CMDB.
Work closely with clients to understand infrastructure environments and business requirements.
Perform CMDB integrations, data mapping, and service mapping activities.
Troubleshoot Discovery issues, MID Server connectivity issues, and integration-related problems.
Provide technical consulting and best practice recommendations for ITOM implementations.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and platform engineering teams during deployments and support phases.
Handle upgrades, patching, enhancements, and continuous optimization of ServiceNow modules.
Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, and system health monitoring activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and ITOM modules.
Proven deployment, implementation, and production support experience in enterprise environments.
Deep understanding of CMDB, Service Mapping, MID Servers, Discovery patterns, and Event Management.
Experience working in technical consulting or client-facing environments.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to independently manage complex implementations and support activities.
Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow certifications related to Discovery and/or ITOM are highly preferred.
Experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure monitoring, and integrations is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
