About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accompany our clients in their HR transformation projects by providing your functional expertise and AMOA know-how
- Lead or contribute to AMOA GA/Payroll engagements
- Support clients on payroll solution implementation projects (design, testing, go-live support)
- Carry out assignments such as strategic roadmaps, vendor selection assistance, drafting specifications, white papers, or compliance audits
- Facilitate business workshops and coordinate various stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality outputs and ensure project success
- Contribute to the growth of the practice by sharing your knowledge and participating in internal initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience in HR AMOA, ideally gained in a consulting firm
- Strong expertise in Administrative Management and Payroll
- Project management experience
- Participation in payroll solution implementations, from design through testing and go-live
- Experience with assignments such as strategic roadmaps, vendor selection, specifications, white papers, compliance audits, or AMOA Build and/or Run projects
- Good command of one or more market payroll solutions (Cegid, Cegedim, ADP, HR Access…)
- Professional level of English
