About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a Change Management subject-matter expert for strategic projects.
  • Conduct organizational diagnostics and impact analysis.
  • Design a Change Management strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute communication and engagement plans.
  • Support executive leadership in their role as change sponsors.
  • Develop training plans and adoption journeys.
  • Monitor engagement and adoption metrics.
  • Manage resistance and organizational risks.
  • Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives, ERP implementations, restructurings, and cultural evolution.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strategic communication and influencing skills.
  • Systems thinking and critical thinking.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous environments.
  • Consultative and collaborative approach.
  • Experience in transformation projects.
  • Proven experience in structured Change Management.
  • Experience in digital or ERP projects; HR experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of recognized change management frameworks.
  • Experience in complex corporate environments.
  • Proficiency in English.
