About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and support technical solutions within Oracle Cloud applications, primarily Oracle HCM Cloud
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Propose scalable and secure technical solutions aligned with Oracle Cloud best practices
Support solution architecture decisions in collaboration with functional consultants
Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP web services, and file-based integrations
Build and maintain BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, and data extracts
Develop extensions and customizations using Oracle PaaS services (Visual Builder, VBCS, etc.)
Implement data migration and conversion using HDL (HCM Data Loader), FBDI, or other Oracle tools
Manage corrective and enhancements tickets for the solution (bug fix, user support, enhancement’s configuration, delivery of patches and new versions)
Carry out technical and application monitoring, train users
Advise customers on application’s changes and their solution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience with Oracle Cloud platforms (HCM Cloud is a plus)
Proficiency in:
o Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
o Web services (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML)
o BI Publisher, OTBI
o Data loading tools (HDL)
Familiarity with PaaS tools (VBCS, OCI services) is a plus
Your level of English is fluent
