About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collection and import of variable payroll elements
- Monitoring of legal and collective agreement developments
- Verification and production of payslips
- Completion of final settlements (end-of-contract pay)
- Management of monthly and event-driven DSNs
- Monitoring of work stoppages and processing of statutory sickness benefits (IJSS)
- Generation and verification of post-pay reports
- Handling payroll anomalies
- Social declarations and liaison with social agencies
- Participation in quality management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience in payroll administration (ideally gained in a multi-collective-agreement / outsourcing environment)
- Ability to manage the entire payroll process
- Autonomy, rigor, and a strong team spirit
- Knowledge of the Silae software is a plus
