About the role

  • Participate in implementation projects (configuration workshops, user acceptance testing, go‑live support, training for administrators and end users) and prepare reports to monitor project progress
  • Translate client requirements into deliverables, produce documentation, and give presentations (design, application documentation, acceptance testing, training materials)
  • Configure modules to implement a functional solution tailored to the client's needs
  • Analyze the employee lifecycle within international organizations and the related HR management processes
  • Interface, configure, and strengthen the security of solution integrations with other systems
  • Develop on the SAP solution, including SAP ABAP programming
  • Integrate the latest release of the solution into the client’s current environment used in their business processes

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP ABAP development and SAP Portal, preferably on HCM projects
  • Willingness to travel for assignments and fluent English to operate effectively in an international environment
