About the role
- Establish the practice's budgets and objectives
- Manage and forecast budgets
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the practice's methodologies and tools to increase the efficiency of solution deployments and pre-sales activities
- Participate in the project escalation process
- Manage the team's skills to foster a strategic advantage
- Support the resource allocation process
- Manage the practice's recruitment plan
- Participate in the recruitment process for consultants (interviews, job offers, etc.)
- Monitor technology trends to maintain a competitive advantage
- Develop and collaborate with business partners on business development initiatives
- Establish and maintain business relationships with the Workday sales and implementation teams in Canada and the United States
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and publish marketing content
- Collaborate with the sales team on various activities, including solution demonstrations and responding to service requirements
- Develop and maintain a service offering aligned with current market requirements and trends
- Participate in client roadmaps and return-on-investment initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Administration
- Experience as a practice director or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of our UKG solutions is an asset
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to manage financial resources effectively
