About the role

  • Ensure our clients use our products and services correctly
  • Support clients to achieve the best possible user experience
  • Monitor and optimize the established customer journey
  • Identify project case studies and collaborate with the Marketing team
  • Serve as an intermediary between ITZ and our clients
  • Monitor and report on the key success metrics for the area
  • Work to maximize client adoption and utilization of the products and services they have purchased
  • Build and maintain client relationships to support business growth, including promoting cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within HR Path’s portfolio
  • Learn from client insights and, together with the relevant Line of Business (LoB), develop recommendations to ensure products and services succeed and do not create friction for the client
  • Analyze and encourage internal teams to meet SLAs that affect the customer journey, following up on action plans when necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Processes, Systems, or related fields
  • Understand and work with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CES, Health Score, and NPS
  • Knowledge of customer retention strategies and tactics, including onboarding, engagement, and upselling
  • Experience with customer success platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office Suite)
  • English – Intermediate to Advanced
