About the role
- Ensure our clients use our products and services correctly
- Support clients to achieve the best possible user experience
- Monitor and optimize the established customer journey
- Identify project case studies and collaborate with the Marketing team
- Serve as an intermediary between ITZ and our clients
- Monitor and report on the key success metrics for the area
- Work to maximize client adoption and utilization of the products and services they have purchased
- Build and maintain client relationships to support business growth, including promoting cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within HR Path’s portfolio
- Learn from client insights and, together with the relevant Line of Business (LoB), develop recommendations to ensure products and services succeed and do not create friction for the client
- Analyze and encourage internal teams to meet SLAs that affect the customer journey, following up on action plans when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Processes, Systems, or related fields
- Understand and work with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CES, Health Score, and NPS
- Knowledge of customer retention strategies and tactics, including onboarding, engagement, and upselling
- Experience with customer success platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office Suite)
- English – Intermediate to Advanced
