About the role

  • Work on implementation projects to enhance SAP HCM/ECP modules and provide client support (AMS);
  • Prepare the necessary documentation for each activity according to the standards established by each client;
  • Keep ticketing and enhancement tracking tools up to date;
  • Deliver training to end users;
  • Train and upskill team members and clients on SAP HCM/ECP modules;
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement proposed solutions;
  • Stay current with the latest SAP releases and products related to SAP HCM/ECP modules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field;
  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience with SAP HCM/ECP modules and eSocial in support or project roles;
  • SAP certification in relevant modules is desirable;
  • Functional knowledge of integration between systems SOC, EC x ECP and EC x HCM;
  • Knowledge of payroll for other countries is a plus.
