About the role
- Work on implementation projects to enhance SAP HCM/ECP modules and provide client support (AMS);
- Prepare the necessary documentation for each activity according to the standards established by each client;
- Keep ticketing and enhancement tracking tools up to date;
- Deliver training to end users;
- Train and upskill team members and clients on SAP HCM/ECP modules;
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement proposed solutions;
- Stay current with the latest SAP releases and products related to SAP HCM/ECP modules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field;
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience with SAP HCM/ECP modules and eSocial in support or project roles;
- SAP certification in relevant modules is desirable;
- Functional knowledge of integration between systems SOC, EC x ECP and EC x HCM;
- Knowledge of payroll for other countries is a plus.
