Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in Employee Central implementation projects, improvement initiatives, and provide client support (AMS)
  • Prepare required documentation for each activity
  • Conduct end-user training
  • Train and enable team members on the Employee Central module
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement proposed solutions
  • Stay up to date with the latest SAP releases and products related to SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in STEM fields such as Systems (IT), Engineering, or related areas
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, OpenOffice, or similar spreadsheet tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; problem-solving and negotiation-oriented, proactive, and able to propose new ideas
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (preferred)
  • Intermediate English for reading, speaking, and writing.
