About the role
- Participate in Employee Central implementation projects, improvement initiatives, and provide client support (AMS)
- Prepare required documentation for each activity
- Conduct end-user training
- Train and enable team members on the Employee Central module
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement proposed solutions
- Stay up to date with the latest SAP releases and products related to SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in STEM fields such as Systems (IT), Engineering, or related areas
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, OpenOffice, or similar spreadsheet tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; problem-solving and negotiation-oriented, proactive, and able to propose new ideas
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (preferred)
- Intermediate English for reading, speaking, and writing.
