About the role
- Lead and manage HR IT projects from initiation to implementation
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments
- Ensure appropriate project staffing and role assignments
- Gather and lead documentation of business requirements from HR stakeholders
- Translate HR needs into technical specifications for IT teams and vendors
- Coordinate system configurations, integrations, and data migration activities
- Ensure project delivery within agreed budget and time frame
- Manage communication between HR, IT, and external service providers
- Oversee testing activities (SIT, UAT) and ensure issue resolution
- Drive change management
- Monitor post‑go‑live performance and support ongoing enhancements
- Prepare project status reports and present updates to leadership
- Manage continuous improvements (AMS)
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or PHD Degree
- 3+ years project management experience, preferably in the context of HR IT implementations within international and hybrid project setups
- Consultancy experience will be highly regarded
- Experience with workforce management software is a benefit
- Structured, results driven, with proven attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving skills.
- Facilitation and workshop experience
- Excellent business communications and presentations skills
- Ability to work with multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent German & English language skills (written and spoken)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally (highly dependent on project assignment)
