About the role

  • Work on implementation projects for Employee Central and Benefits, improvement initiatives, and provide client support (AMS)
  • Train end users, including HR professionals, on how to use SuccessFactors Employee Central and related functionalities
  • Identify and recommend system improvements based on user feedback and evolving business needs
  • Train and upskill team members on the Employee Central module
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement proposed solutions
  • Stay up to date with the latest SAP releases and products related to SuccessFactors Employee Central

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Systems, or related fields
  • More than 4 years of experience with the SuccessFactors Employee Central module, in support or project roles
  • Certification: C_THR81 – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (desirable)
  • Certifications in other SuccessFactors modules (Time Management, People Analytics) are a plus
  • Advanced English for reading, speaking, and writing (desirable)
  • Strong logical reasoning skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills, with a problem-solving and negotiation-oriented profile; proactive and able to bring new ideas
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM/ECP (desirable)
  • Experience with integrations to other payroll systems, ERPs, or SuccessFactors modules
