💰 PLN 11,000 - PLN 20,000 per month
About the role
- Monitoring internal communication channels for task requests and ensuring that nothing “slips through the cracks”, especially during periods of high intensity and chaotic cross-channel back-and-forth with many parties
- Assistance in personal tasks - whether it’s an emergency situation that requires rebooking of flights and accommodation or a simple issue with a fridge in a founder’s flat - we hope you manage all of that easily. About 50% of the time you will be working on founders’ personal “life overhead” tasks.
- Coordinating relationships with vendors - overseeing the processes that vendors are responsible for, paying the invoices, negotiating deal terms with legal firms etc.
- Managing payroll through Deel
- Onboarding of new employees - signing contracts with them, providing them with hardware, and granting them access to necessary software
- Booking flights and travel accommodations for the employees and Founders
- Creating an income statement by consolidating bank balances and expenses from different sources
- Venue booking for events during conferences
- Monitoring marketing communication channels - Although you won’t be communicating on them much yourself, we expect you to keep an eye on our communication channels to be up to date with what’s happening
Requirements
- Experience in administrative and operations positions (at least 5 years as Executive Assistant or Founder's Associate and experience in HR roles)
- Fluent Polish (C1+)
- Fluent English (C1)
- A need for ownership
