About the role
- Participate in a 2-month structured training program with hands-on labs and mentorship leading to potential full-time role.
- Learn and assist in configuring, monitoring, and maintaining network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers).
- Support troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless connectivity issues under supervision.
- Assist in monitoring network performance and security using standard tools.
- Document network diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to support IT infrastructure and internal projects.
- Stay updated on networking technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged).
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, routing & switching concepts.
- Familiarity with networking devices (Cisco/Juniper/MikroTik etc.) is a plus.
- Understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and network security fundamentals preferred.
- Certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, HCIA) will be a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
