About the role
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring and developing new business opportunities across the APAC region.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Promote Shufti's AI-powered identity verification solutions to prospective clients.
- Deliver compelling virtual and in-person product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Apply structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and SPICED to qualify and convert opportunities.
- Practice consultative selling and position Shufti solutions as critical tools to solve client challenges.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, legal, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM for forecasting and data integrity.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in KYC/AML, identity verification, RegTech, or SaaS.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles independently with a strong closing track record.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, or other qualification frameworks.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills; comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly proactive and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and persistence in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Fluency in English is required. Cantonese, Mandarin, or other Asian languages are a strong plus.
