About the role
- Assist the product team in defining and refining requirements for SaaS Fintech/KYC solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, compliance, support) to ensure timely product delivery.
- Conduct competitor and market research to support product roadmap decisions.
- Prepare and maintain product documentation, user guides, and training material.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Support testing and quality assurance of new product features before release.
- Assist in product demos, client onboarding, and post-launch monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with fintech/KYC industry standards and evolving regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in product support, product associate, or business analysis role (preferably SaaS/Fintech/Regtech).
- Basic understanding of KYC/AML processes, digital identity verification, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS product environment.
