Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand user pain points and translate them into effective content.
Develop thought leadership articles that highlight our expertise in SaaS, fintech, RegTech, and compliance solutions.
Write SEO-optimized content to drive website traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Maintain brand tone and voice across all communication channels.
Research competitors and industry trends to create differentiated and valuable content.
Support product launches and feature updates with relevant content (FAQs, release notes, knowledge base).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience as a Content Writer, preferably within SaaS or B2B technology companies.
Strong portfolio of published SaaS-related content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies).
Familiarity with SEO, keyword research tools, and content performance metrics.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content.
Excellent research, grammar, and editing skills.
Experience working with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, WordPress, or similar) is a plus.
