About the role
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing enterprise deals.
- Conduct discovery calls and demos to understand client needs and align solutions.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers in banks, fintechs, gaming companies, and other regulated sectors.
- Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with enterprise clients.
- Generate 70% of own leads while converting 30% provided by inbound/outbound teams.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas (Generating Lead →MQL → SQL → Closed Won).
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Work with product and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in fintech, RegTech, or compliance-related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise SaaS sales cycles (long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, complex negotiations).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience selling into regulated industries (banking, fintech, insurance, gaming).
- Familiarity with compliance, AML, KYC, or identity verification solutions.
- Experience with account-based selling and solution-driven sales approaches.
- Strong negotiation skills with C-level stakeholders.
