About the role

  • Drive operational excellence across the global GTM organization by optimizing processes, systems, and analytics to ensure predictable and scalable growth.
  • Lead and manage global revenue operations strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Own CRM architecture, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement data-driven insights to drive GTM alignment and efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to refine processes, quotas, and compensation models.
  • Ensure data quality, compliance, and regulatory adherence in revenue operations.
  • Optimize technology stack to support scaling teams across multiple regions.
  • Provide executive-level insights to inform strategy and decision-making.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM leadership in SaaS/RegTech.
  • Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of AML/KYC/IDV compliance workflows and global regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to scale RevOps functions in fast-growth environments.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and data-driven problem-solving skills.
