Drive operational excellence across the global GTM organization by optimizing processes, systems, and analytics to ensure predictable and scalable growth.
Lead and manage global revenue operations strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Own CRM architecture, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
Develop and implement data-driven insights to drive GTM alignment and efficiency.
Partner with Sales leadership to refine processes, quotas, and compensation models.
Ensure data quality, compliance, and regulatory adherence in revenue operations.
Optimize technology stack to support scaling teams across multiple regions.
Provide executive-level insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM leadership in SaaS/RegTech.
Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent).
Deep understanding of AML/KYC/IDV compliance workflows and global regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to scale RevOps functions in fast-growth environments.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and data-driven problem-solving skills.
