About the role

  • Shape and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with business growth and international expansion.
  • Elevate brand identity and position the company as a trusted leader in RegTech and compliance solutions.
  • Develop and scale demand generation programs to drive qualified leads, pipeline growth, and revenue.
  • Partner with product and sales teams to craft product narratives, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Establish thought leadership through events, content, PR, and industry partnerships.
  • Build, inspire, and mentor a high-performing marketing team focused on creativity and measurable success.
  • Leverage analytics and KPIs to continuously optimize marketing performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to ensure consistent brand messaging and market resonance across geographies.
  • Lead marketing to build strong brand presence in the Americas and drive measurable growth in revenue and market share.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/executive role.
  • Experience in RegTech, FinTech, SaaS, cybersecurity, or compliance technology industries preferred (not mandatory).
  • Direct experience with Identity Verification (IDV) solutions, products, or marketing in the digital identity/RegTech space is a must.
  • Demonstrated results in building brands, scaling demand generation, and delivering measurable growth at prior companies.
  • Strong people leadership skills with a history of building and mentoring successful teams.
  • Energetic & extroverted personality that thrives in public speaking, networking, and industry representation.
  • Based in or with extensive experience working in the Americas region.
  • Balance of creativity with data-driven decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
