About the role

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum results in paid search
  • Dive deep into the client's business objectives, develop and execute a search strategy
  • Support and scale product adoption by optimizing performance-driven paid search campaigns
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive short and long-term account growth
  • Develop innovative solutions for clients using Google Ads

Requirements

  • 1+ (minimum) years proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across search engines
  • Be knowledgeable about bidding strategies: when to use manual bidding vs. automated strategies like Target ROAS (tROAS) or Target CPA (tCPA)
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Editor, and Google Analytics 4
  • Technical knowledge of Google Tag Manager (HTML, JavaScript would be a plus)
  • Proficient in Lithuanian & English
  • Experience managing Display and Facebook performance campaigns would be a bonus
