About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement an integrated HR strategy closely aligned with the company's overall strategy
  • Initiate and lead HR transformation projects, particularly in the areas of organizational development, talent and performance management, leadership culture, and compensation
  • Provide strategic advice to the executive team and actively support cultural and organizational change
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Ensure efficient, scalable HR processes and take responsibility for compliance, quality, and the ongoing development of HR systems
  • Establish and use HR metrics and decision models to enable data-driven management
  • Lead and develop the HR team and work closely with leaders across all functions on HR-related matters
  • Position HR as a proactive business partner and value driver within the company

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in business administration or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on human resources
  • Several years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a transformational environment
  • Solid expertise in organizational development, change management, and the strategic alignment of modern HR structures
  • Strong communication and leadership skills at the executive/C-level
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in KPI- and data-driven management of HR processes
  • Proven drive to shape change, enjoyment of transformation, and a confident, authoritative manner
  • Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
