About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement an integrated HR strategy closely aligned with the company's overall strategy
Initiate and lead HR transformation projects, particularly in the areas of organizational development, talent and performance management, leadership culture, and compensation
Provide strategic advice to the executive team and actively support cultural and organizational change
Develop and implement HR initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle
Ensure efficient, scalable HR processes and take responsibility for compliance, quality, and the ongoing development of HR systems
Establish and use HR metrics and decision models to enable data-driven management
Lead and develop the HR team and work closely with leaders across all functions on HR-related matters
Position HR as a proactive business partner and value driver within the company

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in business administration or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on human resources
Several years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a transformational environment
Solid expertise in organizational development, change management, and the strategic alignment of modern HR structures
Strong communication and leadership skills at the executive/C-level
Strong analytical skills and experience in KPI- and data-driven management of HR processes
Proven drive to shape change, enjoyment of transformation, and a confident, authoritative manner
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
