About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- This role is responsible for establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships to drive long-term business growth and crafting tailored solutions that align the organization's products with partners' strategies.
- The role manages complex negotiations, guides sales efforts, and provides mentorship to ensure the successful execution of operational and strategic plans.
- Serves as an expert to the partners for a variety of wide range of complex information regarding the organization’s offerings, promotions, and configurations.
- Develops strategic relationships with partners to grow the organization’s overall business and ensure long-term business opportunities.
- Provides comprehensive and tailored solutions that integrate the organization's products/services into partners' strategies.
- Handles intricate negotiations involving contractual terms, pricing, revenue sharing, and mutual commitments to maximize value for both the organization and its partners.
- Leads the identification and targeting of new partner prospects based on market trends and business priorities.
- Develops and maintains account plans to promote sales growth and broaden the organization’s footprint in targeted industries and/or customers leveraging partner solution stacks and other capabilities.
- Drives the evolution of partner engagement strategies based on feedback, market changes, and performance data.
- Engages in transactional and relationship selling while directing sales professionals and achieving sales quotas.
- Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in enterprise selling, channel & alliance, or a related field
