About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Organizes, develops, and revises moderately structured technical information
- Participates in application design, development, integration, and production support
- Creates compliance and regulatory documentation based on team input
- Develops documentation strategies adhering to company sustainability policy
- Designs analytics solutions of moderate complexity
- Collaborates with other designers and provides guidance across projects
- Codes, tests, debugs, configures, and documents data warehouse systems and ETL mappings
- Assists in creating training materials and operations guidance
- Develops documentation of customer behaviors and habits
- Provides guidance and mentoring to lower-level contributors
- Acts as a team or project leader when needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Technical Communications, Graphic Design, User Experience (UX), or related discipline or commensurate work experience
- Typically 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in technical communications, information strategy, graphic design, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience
- Proficiency in Graphic Design (Adobe Illustrator and InDesign)
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology
- Familiarity with New Product Development
- Understanding of Product Management
- Experience in Technical Documentation
- Skills in Technical Writing
- Knowledge in User Experience (UX)
