About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage directly with customers to showcase HP hardware, services, and solutions
- Understand customer needs to position technical solutions

Requirements
What you’ll need- University or bachelor's degree (preferred)

- Comprehensive understanding of the IT industry and its key technologies
- Experience with Modern Desktop and Modern Management is highly desirable
- Background in service sales and Presales technical support
- Certifications in Modern management/desktop, Security, Cloud, and AI a plus
