Global Employee Relations Investigator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct integrity and HR investigations relating to employee misconduct in all areas of HP business
- Examines case studies and contributes to the evolution of the global employee relations framework
- Collaborates with managers and supervisors to provide guidance and support on performance management matters
- Acts as an ER consultant managing HR escalations while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws
- Supports the management of the relationship with employee representative groups
Requirements
What you’ll need- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or any related discipline or commensurate work experience
- 6-7 years of work experience, preferably in HR Generalist role
