About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct integrity and HR investigations relating to employee misconduct in all areas of HP business
  • Examines case studies and contributes to the evolution of the global employee relations framework
  • Collaborates with managers and supervisors to provide guidance and support on performance management matters
  • Acts as an ER consultant managing HR escalations while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws
  • Supports the management of the relationship with employee representative groups

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or any related discipline or commensurate work experience
  • 6-7 years of work experience, preferably in HR Generalist role
